Ingredients:

Recovery Matrix Blend (Clear Whey Protein Isolate, Leucine, Glutamine Peptides, Phenylalanine), Maltodextrin, Glucose, Citric Acid, Berry Flavouring, Colouring, Sweetener (Sucralose), Antifoam.
 

Directions:

Fill a shaker cup or blender with 500 ml of water and add two slightly heaped scoops (80g) of powder and shake or mix for 15 seconds. Consume immediately at the end of training or physical activity.
